Troubleshooting Tips: If problems when firstly installation, it may be there is dust on the suction cup or the installation wall is unapplicable. Please wash the suction cup with warm water, dry it with hair dryer and test it on the smooth glass surface. If suction holds on the glass, that means suction cup collects dust inside the package, or the initial wall might not be applicable for using suction cup, please try to install it again or change installation location
Applicable Wall: ONLY work on tile (uncracked & smooth), glass, mirror, polished metal, stainless steel and acrylic. Don't stick to a grout line. NOT work on uneven tiles, texture plate, painted/dry wall, wood, wallpaper, rough/crack wall
